We’re very excited to announce …

Nautical Destinations will now be a part of The River Plantation’s Pintail Yachts of Annapolis and Baltimore! Last November owners Lynne Forsman and Nancy Galloway decided that after 13 successful seasons, they were ready for a change! Coincidentally at the same time, Pintail Yachts was looking to establish a more independent entity that would be customized and creative…basically a Nautical Destinations!
Acquiring Nautical Destinations will add to Pintail Yachts’ current menu of charters with additional, teambuilding and off-site events to be held at various locations including their own Pintail Point Farm and Hunters Oak.
Nautical Destinations will continue in its original spirit and intent. Lynne and Nancy will stay on as management consultants to insure that the transition, including marketing and operations, are commensurate with the success of the past. Most exciting, is the opportunity to expand upon Nautical Destinations’ original concept with the support and partnership of a larger well established organization! Our office will remain at the same location, phone, emails, website … all as before!
Fair Winds!

Nautical Destinations History...
We saw a niche…and an opportunity! How could such a charming, historic seaport like Annapolis not have a company offering destination services? Nautical Destinations made this their mission – but with a nautical twist.
Partners Nancy Galloway and Lynne Forsman brought diverse backgrounds and talents to the company, which was formed by Nancy and Lynne in 1995. Lynne had spent the previous 10 years in San Francisco in hotel sales, as well as in the meeting and incentive industry. Her marriage (aboard a yacht, of course) brought her to Annapolis. Nancy was a flight attendant for Pan Am and worked as a model in London before returning home to the United States and working in the sales of designer office furniture systems.
While Company Headquarters are in the Eastport maritime area of Annapolis at Horn Point Harbor (our view overlooks Back Creek and the Chesapeake Bay), our additional focus on Baltimore has helped us to continue to grow and expand in relation to the ever-increasing tourism demands around the Chesapeake Bay. Each year brings new opportunities in Baltimore, Annapolis and St. Michaels as the Chesapeake Bay area continues to grow in popularity for management outings, meetings and incentives.
